Yoffi.net specialises in UK company formation services for non UK citizens, our current focus are German speaking clients but we continue to provide services to English speaking clients from all over the world – originating from such diverse jurisdictions like the US, Canada, Brazil, Israel, Russia, The Netherlands, Singapore. As our client you do not need a UK address to register a UK limited company or UK limited liability partnership.
A UK company enables you to trade in the whole of Europe and world wide without restrictions. There are certain tax benefits which we can discuss with you on a case by case basis if you wish.
We also provide company formation services and bank accounts in several other jurisdictions: our newest product being Irish Limited companies which are corporation tax free for three years (certain conditions apply). In addition offshore jurisdictions are available.
Yoffi.net is run by Ralf Schumacher, a British national and German trained lawyer through Law Partners LLP, a UK limited liability partnership.
